We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We test your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

What You Do

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when necessary.

Report any findings of swimming pool issues.

Maintain adequate water level.

Monthly plan cost is based on a 4 week month.

Stabilizers Treatments & Filter Cleanings

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most residential pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to boost the stabilizer, remove phosphates and perform a filter cleaning with acid. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
